The Concept Behind the Open-Air Gym

The creation of the open-air gym is related with the vision of an athletic space in which the trainee experiences a unique exercise experience. The configuration of the space allows us to do programs of coordination, speed, and power as well as programs that have as a goal the movement. ALL IS ABOUT MOVE

The advantages of open-air exercise contribute both on a physical as well as on a mental level. The anxiety and the stress are reduced, as the trainee is in an outdoor space without restrictions and in contact with the natural light of the sun (vitamin D) and the air. Our gym of course also has an indoor space when it rains or there is wind.

The open space helps boost circulation and enhances the body’s oxygen flow. Additionally, the changes in the temperature help the organism to regulate correctly its temperature, strengthening endurance and its natural balance.

At My Active Training, you can train in any season, under any conditions. Our facility combines open-air and indoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of outdoor exercise while having the comfort and protection of an indoor area when the weather changes. We make sure your training experience stays uninterrupted, all year round.
